Hinもto Brewing & Beer Stand Publishes Its October 9 Tap List
Hinもto Brewing & Beer Stand in Honkomagome, Tokyo, has announced its tap list for Friday, October 9. Open from 5 to 11 p.m., the brewpub will serve ten beers ranging from lager and pilsner to IPA, gose, bitter, and stout, including the new Shinmei Pils.

Hinもto Brewing & Beer Stand, a brewpub in Honkomagome, Bunkyo, Tokyo, has announced its beer lineup for Friday, October 9. The taproom will be open from 5 to 11 p.m., with brewmaster Tamura serving the beers. The venue is closed on Wednesdays.
The list covers ten taps. Amber Lager is a 5.5% dry-hopped amber lager, while Little Thing is a 4.5% dry-hopped session ale. IPA-focused options include Saburo Hazy, a 7% hazy IPA; Yoiyo IPA, a 7.5% black IPA; and Mashup IPA Ekuanot, a 6.5% Belgian IPA.
The new beer on the list is Shinmei Pils, a 6% West Coast pilsner. Other options include Pineapple Gose, a 5% pineapple-infused gose-style beer; Best Bitter, a 4.5% English best bitter; and Kurotobi #4, a 7% Belgian stout. Together, the lineup offers a broad progression from bright, hop-forward and crisp beers to darker, malt-driven pours.
As a brewpub, Hinもto Brewing & Beer Stand offers an intimate setting where the brewery’s beers are served close to their source. Regular food options are casual snacks such as kaki-bee and dagashi, keeping the focus on the beer. The taproom is dedicated to craft beer, making it a natural stop for a relaxed tasting session in Honkomagome.
The brewery is also planning a taproom pop-up from October 10 for about a week, marking four years since receiving its brewing license on October 14. For beer fans in Tokyo, October 9 offers a chance to explore the brewery’s house range while checking out the newly tapped Shinmei Pils.
