Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand, a brewpub in Honkomagome, Bunkyo, Tokyo, will operate as usual on Thursday, October 8, from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.

The tap list features the newly listed Shimmei Pils, a 6% West Coast Pilsner. Guests can also choose Amber Lager, a 5.5% dry-hopped amber lager, or Little Thing, a 4.5% dry-hopped session ale.

The IPA selection includes Saburo Hazy at 7%, Yoiyo IPA at 7.5%, and Mashup IPA Ekuanot at 6.5%. Each takes a different route: a hazy IPA, a dark Black IPA, and a Belgian IPA highlighting Ekuanot hops.

For something more distinctive, Pineapple Gose brings tropical fruit character at 5%. Best Bitter offers a more restrained 4.5% English-style option, while Kurotobi #4 delivers a richer finish as a 7% Belgian stout.

The brewery also announced that a sour ale is being prepared with raspberry, blackberry, rosemary, and cacao husk supplied by Rodyk Chocolate. It is expected to be released soon.

Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand is open from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on weekdays and from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends and public holidays, closing on Wednesdays. The compact brewpub focuses on craft beer, with simple snacks such as kaki-pea and dagashi available during regular service.
