A Broad House-Beer Lineup in Honkomagome

Hinmoto Brewing & Beer Stand is a brewpub and taproom located in Honkomagome, Bunkyo, Tokyo. On Sunday, October 4, 2026, it will be open from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., serving a varied selection of beers brewed by the house.

The lineup begins with “Amber Lager / Dry Hopped Amber Lager” at 5.5% ABV, combining the crisp character of a lager with dry-hop aroma. “Little Thing / Dry Hopped Session Ale” is a lighter 4.5% session ale, while “Saburo Hazy” is a 7% Hazy IPA with a fuller hop-forward profile.

For darker and more assertive options, “Yoiyo IPA / Black IPA” comes in at 7.5%, pairing roasted malt character with IPA bitterness. “Mashup IPA Ekuanot / Belgian IPA” is a 6.5% Belgian IPA built around Ekuanot hops. The 7.5% “Rolling Lolly / American IPA” is listed as nearly sold out.

The tap list also includes “Pineapple Gose,” a 5% gose-style beer with pineapple; “Best bitter / English Best bitter” at 4.5%; and “Kurotobi #4 / Belgian Stout” at 7%. Together, the selection offers a tour through crisp lager, aromatic pale ale, hazy IPA, fruit-accented sour beer, traditional bitter, and robust stout.

The brewery will also be pouring at the Vegan Gourmet Festival in Kiba Park until 4 p.m. that day, while the taproom remains open as usual. Regular service at the taproom is handled by Sekiguchi, a former care worker, and the usual food offering is limited to kaki-bee snacks and dagashi sweets. The space is designed to keep the focus on craft beer in a relaxed beer-stand setting.

The taproom is open from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends and public holidays, and is closed on Wednesdays. Beer availability may change, so checking the brewery’s latest official update before visiting is recommended.
