Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand, a brewpub in Bunkyo, Tokyo, will operate as usual on Saturday, October 3, from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The tap list covers a broad range of styles. Amber Lager is a 5.5% dry-hopped amber lager, while Little Thing is a lower-strength 4.5% Dry Hopped Session Ale.
Hop-focused options include the 7% Sanro Hazy, the 7.5% Yoiyo IPA, and Mashup IPA Ekuanot, a 6.5% Belgian IPA. Rolling Lolly, listed as running low, is a 7.5% American IPA.
The lineup also includes Pineapple Gose, a 5% gose-style beer with pineapple; Best bitter at 4.5%; and Kurotobi #4, a 7% Belgian stout. Together, the taps offer a progression from crisp and approachable beers to fruity, bitter and dark, malt-driven pours.
