A taste of Tachikawa craft beer
Based in Takamatsu-cho, Tachikawa, Tachihi Brewery operates a brewery and taproom. The brewery traces its manufacturing spirit to the Tachihi Group, whose predecessor built aircraft in Tachikawa. Today, that attention to detail is reflected in its careful selection of ingredients and brewing processes.
Its regular lineup includes Tachihi Pale Ale, Tachihi Pilsner, and Tachihi Weizen. Seasonal offerings include Tachihi IPA, the hoppy lager Walk in the Park, and the hazy-style Enjoy Hazy. The festival should offer beer fans an easy way to discover the brewery’s Tachikawa-made beers alongside offerings from neighboring breweries.
Food trucks will serve dishes such as Egyptian cuisine, galettes, crêpes, sausages, pizza, steak, curry, and Neapolitan pizza, with menus varying by day. The program also includes a beer lottery featuring brewery merchandise and a children’s festival, making the two-day event suitable for both dedicated beer drinkers and families.
