The lineup for the day included Yokohama Bay Brewing's Bay Dark Dark Lager, Shiga Kogen's Pale Ale, Daisen G Beer’s Wheat Wine 2023 Wheat Wine, T.Y. Harbor's Extreme Chidoriaashi Balray Wine (almost gone), Mojiko Beer’s Pilsner, Minoh Beer’s Hoppy Weizen, Minami Aizu Mountain Brewing’s HeyYa Golden Ale w/rice, CYCAD BREWING’s Buzz Honey American Wheat, Minami Aizu Mountain Brewing’s OLLIE Sour IPA, and Shiga Kogen Beer’s Sono Sen Imperial IPA. With everything from lager, pale ale, wheat wine, and pilsner to weizen, golden ale, sour IPA, and imperial IPA, the selection was built so guests could pick according to their mood.
On the food side, they were preparing plenty of Chinese-style char siu, and also featuring balsamic-scented grilled mushroom marinated dish as a recommendation.
