Tokyo: the beer pub Evolve Beer&Kitchen, located at the foot of Tokyo Skytree Station in Mukojima, Sumida Ward, published its tap list for April 28. In the post, the shop announced that it would be open from 17:00 to 24:00 that day and also shared its operating schedule for the Golden Week period.

There were 11 draft beers in total. Items marked as low remaining were VERTERE's "Bellevalia -ベルバリア-" [Pilsner], TOUCHDOWN×Taihu Brewing's "虎八麦酒" [Oolong Tea Lager], and Minoh Beer's "Blooming IPA" [Bergian IPA]. Some fast-moving labels were included, suggesting the lineup was already turning over by the time of the visit.

The rest of the lineup was Repubrew×Heisei 3 Nenkai's "AGE AGE SAME AGE" [Czech Style Dark Lager], NOMCRAFT BREWING's "バナナキック" [Weizen], Minoh Beer's "Honey Saison" [Honey Saison], Ushitoura Brewery's "イケおじペールエール" [Pale Ale], U.B.P BREWERY's "URAWA CITY ALE Nitro ver." [Bitter], West Coast Brewing's "No Ketchup" [Hazy Double IPA], Brasserie Knot's "WIND" [West Coast IPA], and SAPPORO's "Black Label" [Lager]. The selection ranges widely from light pilsners and lagers to saison, weizen, West Coast IPA, and Hazy Double IPA, making it easy to choose according to your mood.

Food and the shop's character


On the food side, new items were added, including a red-and-white sashimi platter of bluefin tuna and flounder, Minoh Ipponsu de raw wakame ponzu, a spinach yukhoe-style dish, and a finishing mentaiko cream pasta. The continuing seared beef tofu dish was also said to be running low, so the menu is full of dishes that pair easily with beer.

A defining feature of the shop is that, while it centers on craft beer, it also offers a broad range of food. The hashtag section also included "permanent Minoh Beer tap," conveying the practicality of a beer pub you can visit on a regular basis.
