OUR Brewing to Hold 2nd Anniversary Event “Second” from March 20
Fukui craft brewery OUR BREWING announced that it will hold its 2nd anniversary event, “Second,” at the TAPROOM from March 20 to 22, 2026. In addition to releasing a commemorative beer, the three-day event will pack in limited sales, brewery tours, and early sign-ups for its membership program.

Hop BroPretty much. Dry hopping is the process of adding hops after fermentation to boost aroma, and QDH means doing that four times. It's a technique for layering aromas and maximizing juiciness.

OUR BREWING, based in Fukui, announced on an Instagram post at 22:12 on March 7, 2026 that it will hold its 2nd Anniversary Event “Second.” The event will run from March 20 to 22, 2026. The venue is the brewery’s own TAPROOM.
The centerpiece this time is the release of the 2nd anniversary beer, “Second.” The post introduces it as a QDH Hazy Triple IPA, one of the richest designs in the company’s history, and says it features a strong aroma from four rounds of dry hopping, along with a full-bodied texture and a well-balanced bitterness.
