New tap at MIHAMA BASE

WORLD BEER&DINING MIHAMA BASE in Inage-Kaigan has tapped Unsung’s "DISRUPTO Fruited Sour." The beer uses a generous amount of organic plum and blueberry puree, aiming for a balanced profile that softens the sharp edge often found in sour beers. It comes in at 6.0% ABV.

The shop is a craft-beer-focused venue in Mihama Ward, Chiba, and it also holds a retail liquor license, so bottles and cans can be taken out as well. That makes it easy to enjoy a fresh draft on site and then pick up beer for later. Hours are 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., with Tuesdays off, and reservations are accepted.
