WORLD BEER&DINING MIHAMA BASE, a craft beer destination in Chiba, has announced the tapping of Minoh Beer’s seasonal Peach Weizen Kawakajima Version.
This release is the final installment of the brewery’s seasonal Peach Weizen series, in which the peach variety changes throughout the harvest period. Kawakajima peaches are known for their firm flesh, rich sweetness, and fragrant aroma. In the glass, those qualities translate into an expressive aroma reminiscent of ripe peaches and a pronounced fruit character.
The beer is a Weizen with an ABV of 5.0% and 12 IBU. Fruity notes from the wheat beer yeast combine with the peach character, creating a bright and aromatic profile. Despite the fruit-forward flavor, the finish is dry and crisp rather than sugary, making it approachable for both fruit beer fans and drinkers who enjoy classic Weizen styles.
