Uchu Brewing serves a BarthHaas collaboration IPA at its Toranomon Hills shop
Uchu Brewing, based in Hokuto City, Yamanashi, announced that it is serving the collaboration beer Galactic Path at its directly operated taproom on the second floor of Toranomon Hills Glass Rock. The post also shared the current tap lineup and how to use the shop.

Hop BroExactly. It’s an INDIA PALE ALE / ABV 7.0% that really showcases the character of the hops. If you imagine Uchu’s signature aromatic punch combined with BarthHaas’s expertise, this is probably going to be a pretty muscular IPA.
MugiMuscular? What even is that! Is hop expertise basically just magic powder that makes beer taste better?
Hop BroTo put it simply, hops are responsible for aroma and bitterness. Since there’s also a DDH IPA in the lineup, you can also enjoy the direction of layering lots of hops to make the aroma richer.
MugiWhoa! And having five beers on tap sounds like the kind of lineup where just choosing is fun. Having a sour and a stout too is such a huge range that my head is spinning!

Yamanashi-based Uchu Brewing, headquartered in Hokuto City, shared the latest serving status from its directly operated store, "Uchu Brewing Toranomon," on the second floor of Toranomon Hills Glass Rock in Tokyo. The centerpiece of the post was the announcement that the collaboration beer Galactic Path with hop company BarthHaas had arrived on tap.
The newly published "On Tap Now" section also introduced the following five beers in the current lineup.
- OTAKU SMOOTHIE SOUR ALE / ABV 5.0%
- Galactic Path INDIA PALE ALE / ABV 7.0%
- Uchu Relax DDH HAZY PALE ALE / ABV 5.5%
- COSMIC WHALE DDH IPA / ABV 7.0%
- GENESIS 002 BARREL AGED IMPERIAL STOUT / ABV 12.0%
The post also specified business hours: 11:00 to 21:00, with last orders at 20:30. Payment is cashless only, and while no food is served, customers may bring in food purchased within Toranomon Hills. It also noted that canned beer bought in the store can be drunk on-site for an additional 100 yen per can.
