Hathor Taps Asahi’s Jukusen Alongside T.Y. Harbor and Uchu Favorites
Craft Beer Spot Hathor has announced Asahi Beer’s Asahi Premium Nama Beer Jukusen as its latest draft opening. The current recommendations also include T.Y. Harbor’s peach tea sour ale and Triple IPA, plus Uchu Brewing’s distinctive Uchu Zombie.
A carefully matured premium lager
Craft Beer Spot Hathor’s latest draft opening is Asahi Beer’s Asahi Premium Nama Beer Jukusen. The premium beer uses three types of hops—bitter, aroma and fine aroma hops—added in three stages to draw out their individual characteristics.
It is matured for roughly 25 percent longer than standard beer, creating a deeper flavor, refined aroma and lingering finish. It should appeal to drinkers looking for a polished beer to enjoy slowly.
A varied recommendation list
T.Y. Harbor’s Peach Tea Sour is brewed with two kinds of peach and the aroma of oolong tea. Its gentle acidity, adjusted to pH 3.5, is paired with a soft finish, offering a fruit-forward but balanced sour ale.
Also available from T.Y. Harbor is Triple IPA, described as delivering rich hop aroma without an overpowering sense of alcohol. It is a promising choice for IPA drinkers who enjoy expressive hop character with a smoother impression.
Uchu Brewing’s Uchu Zombie adds a more imaginative option to the lineup. Its concept follows a kind-hearted space zombie wandering through a forgotten star on the edge of the fifth dimension.
Located in Osaka’s Kyobashi area, Craft Beer Spot Hathor is a beer pub where guests can compare classic premium lager, fruit-forward sour ale, hop-driven IPA and an imaginative craft release in one visit. The tap list is well suited to choosing a beer according to the mood of the day.
