Limited Release

Miura Brewery is bringing "MIURA Kanpai Sparkle for CBS" to the summer event "Meguru to, Kurasu." at NEWoMan Yokohama. The beer uses "Hop Gururiko," an upcycled ingredient made from used hops collected after brewing, giving the release a clear sustainability angle.

The recipe keeps things intentionally simple with pilsner malt as the only malt. Nelson Sauvin is used for dry hopping, adding elegant white-wine-like aromas and tropical fruit notes. The result is a BRUT IPA with a dry, clean finish, 7.0% ABV, and a bright gold color that fits the style well.

Miura Brewery is based in Miura, Kanagawa, and builds beers around the character of the Miura Peninsula. The brewery's official site highlights its taproom, local pairings with Misaki tuna and Miura vegetables, and its stay-at-the-brewery concept. This release extends that approach by linking the region, the brewery's identity, and a circular use of ingredients in one glass.
