Better life with upcycle, based in Ebina, Kanagawa, has announced that it will once again take part in Mori no Ichi, an event held at Otemachi Tower. According to the brewery’s official Instagram post, its booth will open from 3 p.m. on each day of its appearance.

Mori no Ichi offers an opportunity to encounter makers, products, and a sense of nature in the heart of Tokyo. For craft beer fans, it should be a convenient stop for enjoying a beer while exploring the market and surrounding area.

Better life with upcycle is rooted in a 100-year-old boulangerie and brings together breadmaking and brewing. One of its defining ideas is to use leftover bread crusts as a brewing material, giving food waste a new purpose while preserving the story of the ingredients in the finished beer.

The brand’s website also features beers incorporating ingredients such as ume and shiso, as well as strawberry and mint. The specific beers planned for Mori no Ichi had not been announced at the time of writing.

The Instagram announcement does not specify the exact event dates or the full sales lineup. Visitors should check the brewery’s latest updates before going. If you are spending time in Otemachi, stopping by the Better life with upcycle booth after 3 p.m. could add an upcycled craft beer experience to your visit.
