Release overview

Teenage Brewing, the Tokigawa, Saitama brewery known for blending music and craft beer into a distinct brewing identity, has introduced Teen Dream, the first beer in its Signature Series. It is a TDH TIPA at 10.0% ABV and the brewery's first Hazy IPA released in a 350ml can. Sales started on July 24 at 7:00 p.m. through the official online store.

Flavor and structure

The beer is brewed with a double mash and a generous hop load to create a dense, expressive hazy profile. Aromatically, it leans toward white grape and gooseberry, with layers of citrus and ripe citrus following behind. The hop bill includes Freestyle Nelson Sauvin, Citra, and Citra Cryo. A firm body and smooth mouthfeel carry the alcohol strength while keeping the hop character in focus.

Why it fits Teenage

Teenage Brewing has built its reputation in the hills of Tokigawa with beers that draw a clear line between brewing and music. Teen Dream makes that connection explicit: the pairing music is Beach House's album Teen Dream, and the pairing movie is The Virgin Suicides. By packaging a dense Hazy IPA into a more approachable 350ml format, the brewery has turned a high-strength release into something easier to pick up and enjoy.
