A ten-beer lineup near Mitaka Station

Beer Pub Nekoto Azarashi will be open from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 3. Its ten-tap lineup covers a broad range of styles, from crisp lagers and refreshing fruit beers to a rich imperial stout.

The featured pour is Azarashi Pilsner Okawari, a collaboration between And Beer and Mitaka Yamaneko Brewing. At 5.5% ABV, it offers an easy-drinking option for the beginning of an afternoon beer session. The list also includes Beer Herun’s LHD IPA, a 6.5% American IPA; Hideji Beer’s Kyushu Craft Kabosu, a 5.0% fruit ale; Yokohama Beer’s Pale Ale; and Iwate Kura Beer’s Golden Ale.

For darker and maltier flavors, guests can choose Hideji Beer’s Kuri Kuro, a 9.0% imperial stout, or GRANDTAP RED, a 5.5% American amber lager from GRANDTAP. Fruit-forward selections include Minoh Beer’s Momo Weizen Shimizu Hakuto, a peach weizen; Ushitora’s Kan Muryo, a 4.5% session IPA; and And Beer’s Peach Gose, a 4.6% gose with peach.

Located about three minutes on foot from the south exit of Mitaka Station, the pub has nine counter seats, two-person tables, and standing space. Its compact, wood-accented interior is suited to solo visits as well as relaxed small-group drinking.

Food planned for the day includes a mushroom-and-bacon quiche-style omelet and plenty of sausage spring rolls. The pub also serves vegetable-based dishes, chili beans, potato salad, and other food designed to pair with craft beer. Reservations are accepted by message until the day before, while phone reservations are handled during business hours. Takeaway beer in plastic cups is also available.

The venue is located at 1F Uchiyama Building, 3-34-13 Shimorenjaku, Mitaka, Tokyo. Seating is limited to two hours.
