Evolve Beer&Kitchen Offers 11 Craft Beer Taps on May 9
The beer pub Evolve Beer&Kitchen in Mukojima, Sumida Ward, has released its tap list for May 9 service. Along with 11 taps including HARVESTMOON's pilsner and Minoh Beer x Akishika Shuzo's "Saru Yama Shika Otoko," the lineup also includes daily fish dishes and curry.
Evolve Beer&Kitchen, located in Mukojima, Sumida Ward near the Tokyo Skytree Station area, announced it will be open on Saturday, May 9 from 13:00 to 24:00. Inside, the bar will offer 11 craft beers on tap, with a lineup broad enough to cover styles from lager and IPA to sour beer and even a nitro Scottish Heavy.
That day's lineup includes HARVESTMOON's "Pilsner" (subject to delivery), Minoh Beer x Akishika Shuzo's "Saru Yama Shika Otoko," NOMCRAFT BREWING's "Banana Kick," NAMACHAん BREWING's "Itsumo no, Nama.," and Minoh Beer x Mikkeller's "Ume-chu." Also available are Matsumoto Brewery's "OLD SHILLING Scottish Heavy - Nitro ver.," Minoh Beer's "Session Black IPA," Passific Brewing's "Fond of Bone," DD4D Brewing's "Marmalade Man," NARA BREWING Co.'s "LOCOMOTION," and SAPPORO's "Kuro Label," making it easy to choose from craft beers to familiar lagers depending on your mood.
On the food side, the menu includes sashimi of bluefin tuna from Nagasaki Prefecture, flatfish namero with green onion and salted dressing, seared Japanese horse mackerel with grated daikon and ponzu, mitsuba namul, and red hot chicken curry. Having fish dishes and spice-driven dishes on the same table is part of what makes this place feel like itself.
