The newly tapped beer is Minamishinshu Beer’s 30TH Pale Ale, brewed to celebrate the brewery’s 30th anniversary. It is the brand’s first classic American pale ale, designed to be approachable enough for everyday drinking. The first single-hop batch uses Cascade hops, bringing fresh citrus aromas and a nostalgic, expressive character. It is listed at 5.0% ABV and 30 IBU.
The pub’s recommendations include Karl Strauss’ 37th Anniversary Golden Ale and Trap Door’s D.R.E.A.M. JR.
