Yamanashi Prefecture's Hokuto City-based Uchu Brewing shared its latest update from Taproom Kobuchizawa. In the post, it announced that the collaboration beer "COSMIC WHALE" with Finback Brewery of New York, U.S., had arrived. The joint release from the two breweries was introduced as their first in about two and a half years.

Taproom Kobuchizawa also shared its business hours for this season. According to the post, in April and May it will be open from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with last orders set by day. With the spring weather, the terrace seats are easy to use, creating an environment where visitors can enjoy a pint on site.

As for food, a distinctive feature is that items purchased inside Michi-no-Eki Kobuchisawa can be brought in. Rather than enjoying only beer, being able to spend time with food chosen from the surrounding area is one of the pleasures unique to a taproom.

Uchu Brewing is known as a brewery based in Hokuto City, Yamanashi, and has drawn attention for its distinctive collaborations. This latest "COSMIC WHALE" seems likely to add color to the Taproom Kobuchizawa experience as another release in that line.
