Great Dane Brewing (Instagram: @greatdanejapan) revealed progress on a new collaboration in the post "Tenten 2026" on March 21, 2026.

This time, the partner is "Teshigoto Akiu" (@akiu_tenten / @kinoie.akiu), the organizer of Tenten. According to the post, the brewer headed to Akiu Futakuchi to draw "water for this beer," and brewing began with the collection of natural water. Treating water, an essential element in beer making, as the foundation of the flavor, the brewery is presenting a design that captures nature's bounty 그대로.

The beer style is Belgian White. The adjuncts will include orange peel from Bangladesh and coriander seeds, adding a spicy character. The serving location is clearly stated as "Tenten," though no specific start date for service has been announced at this time.

Great Dane Brewing's official website describes the brand as a craft beer company founded in Madison, Wisconsin, in 1994, with a restaurant attached to its brewery in Sendai Akiu. The restaurant has 80 seats and offers 16 freshly brewed beers along with dishes that combine "Miyagi x America." This brewing project, which incorporates local character, seems to embody both the brewery's base and its craft context.

The details remain limited to a note that they will be announced "when it gets closer," and future updates on the timing and format of service, as well as the final flavor design, will be the main points to watch.
