Twin Peaks Mountain Brewing Starts Serving Bronze Medal-Winning Vienna Lager "Dr. Mozart"
Twin Peaks Mountain Brewing in Tsukuba, Ibaraki Prefecture, has started serving its new beer, Dr. Mozart (Vienna Lager), in the taproom. The beer won a bronze medal at International Beer Cup 2025 and was added to the tap list on April 30.

According to the post, the beer features a deep amber color and a balance of rich malt flavor with a clean, smooth finish. It won a bronze medal at International Beer Cup 2025.
The brewery specializes in German-style beers, brewed by a German brewer using traditional methods and recipes as its foundation. Its official website describes the craft beer made in Tsukuba's scenic surroundings, and says visitors can enjoy beer while looking out over the brewery from the attached taproom and beer restaurant. The post also introduced the tap list for April 30. The lineup included nine beers: Pilsner, Kölsch, IPA, Dr. Mozart, Weizen, Mango Weizen, Dr. Winter Warmer, Dortmunder Export, and Hedgebock. In addition to standard lagers and weizens, the newly added Dr. Mozart expands the draft options.
Twin Peaks Mountain Brewing serves 8 to 10 beers at all times, with 3 to 4 as regulars and the rest rotating. Among that flexible tap lineup, Dr. Mozart is one to watch for anyone who wants to enjoy the drinkability of a lager along with a fuller malt body.
