Beer pub Bar Malt Road in Kanda will open at 5 p.m. with seven beers on tap, bringing together selections from the United Kingdom, Belgium, Denmark, Japan, and Germany.

From the UK, the list features Fuller’s London Pride, a classic English pale ale known for its balanced malt character and gentle bitterness. Belgium is represented by St.Feuillien GRAND CRU, while Danish brewery Mikkeller contributes Space Race.

Japanese options include Hakase no Pilsner from Twin Peaks Mountain Brewing, Yugawara Onsen Yukemuri Pale Ale from Humamns Beer, and OKTOBERFEST from Great Dane Brewing. Bayern Meister Bier Edel Weisse completes the list, giving guests a broad range of styles to compare, from crisp pilsner to aromatic pale ale, festive lager, and wheat beer.

The food menu includes house-roasted whey pork, sansho and garlic sausage, tomato focaccia, mushroom beignets, and a generous grilled chicken and mushroom salad. The whey pork uses meat from pigs raised on whey, a byproduct of cheese and yogurt production. It is marinated with herbs for two days, slowly cooked in a 120°C oven, and finished with a fragrant roast.

Located in the basement of Kisuke Kanda Tamachi Building in Kanda, Bar Malt Road offers a compact setting for exploring its rotating tap selection alongside carefully prepared food.
