Craft Beer & Wine THE DODO HOUSE in Shimomeguro, Meguro, Tokyo, updated its tap list for June 6. The sole new keg is Be Easy Brewing’s regular Debby’s Pale Ale, making this a useful stop for drinkers who follow what is rotating on draft in the neighborhood.

The lineup for the day is:
- Be Easy Brewing, Debby’s Pale Ale [Aomori]
- Uchoten Brewing, Aria [Nagano]
- Shimanami Brewery, Strike Pilsner [Hiroshima]
- Dogfish Head × Oxbow × Shiga Kogen, Kind of Gold [U.S. × Nagano]
- Nara Brewing, Caber [Nara]
- Ishinomaki Hops Works, Oolong Tea Kin Bakushu [Miyagi]
- Yamaguchi Jibeer, IPA [Yamaguchi]

Debby’s Pale Ale is described as a house regular and as the beer named after the mother of Gary, the brewery’s representative. THE DODO HOUSE notes citrusy hop aroma, a moderate body, and a lingering bitterness. The post also says a Kankiku Brewery keg had originally been planned, but a server-structure issue led them to connect this beer instead.

A private party runs from 18:00 to 20:30, so service is split into 14:00-17:00 and 20:45-24:00. Bench seating carries no charge, and drinks can be served in takeaway cups. It is the kind of Meguro beer pub where you can check the tap list, pick your timing, and drop in for a focused pint or two.
