Oirase Brewery Introduces Bakudan Yaki Honpo Hachinohe CC for Oktoberfest 2026
On August 30, Oirase Brewery posted a seller introduction on Instagram for OIRASE BEER Oktoberfest 2026. The event will be held on September 19 and 20 at Michi-no-Eki Oirase Roman Park, with the food truck Bakudan Yaki Honpo Hachinohe CC taking part.
Oirase Brewery is continuing to post vendor introductions ahead of OIRASE BEER Oktoberfest 2026. This time, the brewery highlighted the food truck Bakudan Yaki Honpo Hachinohe CC (@k_baku2025).
According to the post, bakudan-yaki is a round, about 8 cm-wide snack filled with 10 ingredients and baked until crisp on the outside and melty inside. The dish is described as a new-style flour-based comfort food from Ikebukuro, Tokyo, and the post recommends the Double Mentaiko version.
The event is scheduled for September 19 and 20, 2026 at Michi-no-Eki Oirase Roman Park. Oirase Brewery has operated in Towada, Aomori since 1997 and brews its beer with Oirase spring water. Its brewery restaurant also serves stone-oven dishes alongside freshly brewed beer, making local ingredients a central part of its offer.
This year’s Oktoberfest is billed as a regional food and beer event featuring four breweries from Aomori, local food vendors and trucks from Towada, and live music. It should be a good opportunity to enjoy both craft beer and a broader mix of local food at the venue.
