Oirase Brewery has introduced HanaKana & Friends as one of the stage performers at OIRASE BEER Oktoberfest 2026.
HanaKana is a duo formed by Hanako Henty and Kanako K. For this appearance, they will be joined by Rumi Nagoya on trumpet, Aidan Morrison on guitar, Koji Nakata on bass, and Hiroyuki Katamine on drums. The ensemble combines delicate piano and vocals with a rich band sound, presenting a varied repertoire ranging from jazz and Western pop to Japanese pop.
The performance will take place on Sunday, September 20, from 11:00 to 11:30. Visitors will be able to enjoy the morning set with a glass of Oirase Beer at the venue.
The two-day event will be held on September 19–20 at Roadside Station Oirase Roman Park. Based in Towada, Aomori, Oirase Brewery has been brewing since 1997. Its beers are made with pristine spring water from the Hakkoda area, known by the brewery as Oirase source water.
The brewery’s lineup includes a crisp Pilsner, a dark lager with a clean finish, a rich Amber Lager, and a fruity Weizen. It also produces Seiten no Hekireki, featuring the character of Aomori rice; Awahour, an aroma ale with a refreshing apple note; and a juicy IPA made with generous amounts of hops.
