New tap openings at Evolve Beer&Kitchen, with new releases from NARA BREWING and Minoh Beer
The beer pub Evolve Beer&Kitchen in Mukojima, Sumida Ward, updated its tap list on April 30. New taps include NARA BREWING Co.'s "DAYLONG" and Minoh Beer x Mikkeller's "Ume-chu," offering a lineup that ranges from pilsners to hazy DIPA.
At Evolve Beer&Kitchen in Mukojima, Sumida Ward, near Tokyo Skytree Station, the tap list dated April 30 has been released. True to form for a beer pub, it features 11 taps centered on craft beer, with a lineup designed for relaxed drinking alongside a meal.
The new tap openings for the day are NARA BREWING Co.'s pilsner "DAYLONG" and Minoh Beer x Mikkeller's fruit sour ale "Ume-chu." From easy-drinking beers to one that lets you enjoy acidity and fruit character, the lineup makes it easy to build a flow from the first glass to the last.
The existing taps also have clear personalities. VERTERE's "Bellevalia -ベルバリア-" is a pilsner; Repubrew x Heisei 3rd Year Association's "AGE AGE SAME AGE" is a Czech-style dark lager; NOMCRAFT BREWING's "Banana Kick" is a weizen; and Minoh Beer's "Honey Saison" is a honey saison. In addition, the lineup includes U.B.P BREWERY's "URAWA CITY ALE Nitro ver.," Minoh Beer's "Blooming IPA," West Coast Brewing's "No Ketchup," Brasserie Knot's "WIND," and the staple "Kuro Label."
On the food side, new menu items such as chicken tenderloin and mushroom dressed with yuzu kosho mayo, and house-made negi chashu, have also appeared. It is easy to choose snacks to match each beer style, making it fun to build each round around the tap list. This is a spot worth checking out when you want to drink a wide range of styles at a relaxed pace around the Skytree area.
