Teenage Brewing, based in Tokigawa, Saitama, has announced The Weed (Yomogi & Daidai Orange), a new Sour IPA inspired by Nick Drake's Pink Moon. The beer combines yomogi and daidai orange, with rollout starting on June 20 and wider release following on June 22.

Teenage Brewing, the Tokigawa, Saitama brewery founded by musician-turned-brewer Daichi Mori, has announced The Weed (Yomogi & Daidai Orange), a new Sour IPA built around a carefully balanced mix of botanical and citrus notes.
Flavor and concept
The brewery says the beer was inspired by Nick Drake's Pink Moon. The aroma leans into a calm green note with warmth, while yomogi brings a grassy edge and daidai orange adds a bright citrus layer. Coriander seed adds a soft spice accent, and the beer is designed to move from crisp acidity into a smooth, easy-drinking finish. The beer is 6.5% ABV and uses Mt.Hood, Cascade, and Amarillo hops. The suggested food pairing is fuki-no-to tempura.
