Craft beer kitchen Kokoro no Tsuki, a beer pub in Yokohama’s Noge area, has announced six taps for Thursday, September 17. Known for pairing craft beer with Chinese dishes, the pub offers a varied lineup from Japanese and overseas breweries.

September 17 Tap List

- Sunriver Brewing — Rippin
- Odawara Garage Brewing — Ton▪️Jin▪️Ch
- Hoppu-Kotan Brewery — Tansho Mosaic
- Flora Fermentation — Siren
- Bale Breaker Brewing — Bottom Cutter
- Hoppu-Kotan Brewery — Castor

Sunriver Brewing’s Rippin is a Northwest-style pale ale with tropical fruit, citrus, resinous pine, and a clean hop bitterness. It offers a hop-forward profile while remaining suitable for pairing with food.

Hoppu-Kotan Brewery appears twice with Tansho Mosaic and Castor. Castor is described as a beer made exclusively for permanent tap accounts, making it a particularly interesting choice for beer hunters. Flora Fermentation’s Siren and Bale Breaker Brewing’s Bottom Cutter add further variety to the hop-focused selection.

The food menu includes Chinese dishes such as steamed chicken with green peppercorn and scallion sauce, fried eggplant with ginger soy sauce, and mapo tofu. These dishes provide plenty of opportunities to explore pairings with aromatic and bitter beers.

The pub is located on the second floor of LR Building in Miyagawacho, Yokohama, within walking distance of Hinodecho Station. Tap availability may change, so checking the latest restaurant update before visiting is recommended.
