Craft Beer Kitchen Kokoro no Tsuki, a beer pub in Yokohama’s Miyakawa-cho area, has published its tap list for October 23, 2026. The pub opens at 3:00 p.m. and plans to serve six craft beers.

The new tap is Harvest Brew 2026 Saison from Hop KOTAN Brewing. According to the pub, the beer uses an abundant amount of freshly harvested hops from Kamifurano and balances the spicy character of saison yeast with vivid citrus notes from the fresh hops. It offers beer drinkers an opportunity to explore a distinctly seasonal expression of hop flavor.

The rest of the lineup includes Treevana from Burgeon Beer, Bak to the Max from Nomcraft Brewing, Harvest Brew 2026 Pilsner and Rosy Fizz from Hop KOTAN Brewing, and Brighten Up from Reuben’s Brews. The selection ranges from a crisp pilsner to more distinctive craft beer styles, making it suitable for a casual tasting flight.

Kokoro no Tsuki pairs its rotating beer selection with Chinese dishes. The posted food options include steamed chicken with green pepper and scallion sauce, eggplant with ginger soy sauce, mapo tofu, Shanghai-style yakisoba, shrimp mayonnaise, and spicy wontons. Guests can enjoy the new saison alongside the kitchen’s savory dishes in the relaxed Noge neighborhood.
