Beer Cafe Gambrinus in Kokubunji began its annual Okinawa Fair on August 4, keeping its regular service while adding a seasonal food-and-beer focus. The featured pour is Orion Beer’s The Draft, supported by a tap list that mixes Japanese craft breweries with a classic imported lager.

The food side leans into Okinawan comfort dishes: usachi, shimarakkyo tempura, goya chips, goya fritters, goya champuru, mozuku seaweed, Okinawa soba, rafute with seasoned bitter melon and egg, and handmade sataa andagi. The post also notes that the regular menu remains available during the fair, which makes the bar easy to visit for a drink, a full meal, or both.

A coming-soon section rounds out the picture with Nomcraft’s Wonder: Mosaic, Kunitachi Brewery’s 1926, Shonan Beer’s Summer Orange Ale, Flora Fermentation’s Loki, and two T.Y. Harbor beers: Amber Ale and Imperial Stout. For drinkers who like to follow both food specials and tap rotations, Gambrinus has a clear, seasonal lineup through the 15th.
