A varied Japanese craft beer lineup in Kokubunji

BEER CAFE GAMBRINUS is serving Hino Brewing’s Big Time Ale as one of its newly tapped beers on October 23, 2026. The hazy IPA offers a hop-forward drinking experience, while Izumi Brewery’s Schwarz brings a dark lager style with roasted malt character.

The lineup also includes Kunitachi Brewery’s 2026, a Japanese rice lager, and its Weizen, Michikakeru Sekai. Other beers on tap include Harvest Moon’s Yoichi-style IPA, Shiga Kogen Beer’s IPA on hand pump, and Iwate Kura Beer’s Red Ale.

IPA drinkers can choose from Black Tide Brewing’s Terminal, Nomcraft’s Ghost Panda, and Swan Lake Beer’s #B-IPA. DD4D’s Nanigasuki? is a distinctive chocolate mint white stout, offering a more experimental option.

Additional selections include Swan Lake Beer’s Porter, Baird Beer’s Country Girl Pumpkin Ale, Kakegawa Farm Brewing’s Apricot Saison, and Pilsner Urquell. Coming soon beers listed by the pub include Shonan Beer’s Hazy IPA Mackenzie, Hansharo Beer’s Bloom Riot, Be Easy Brewing’s Lilikoi, and Ushitora’s Choppiri Amakute Horonigai Koi no Double♡.

The pub is open from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m., with last orders at midnight. Located on the sixth floor of a building near Kokubunji Station, GAMBRINUS offers a relaxed setting for comparing a wide range of beer styles. A pumpkin beer is also planned for October 31 as part of the pub’s first Halloween-themed service.
