Torikago/Shirosuzume, the brewpub in Taga-cho, Takamatsu, posted an update on July 22 covering event service and temporary closures.

On Friday, July 24, the team will join a special service at Kiya ONE Bitts in Busshozan-cho Ko 322, just in front of Burger Cafe Bit'z. Torikago will also operate in parallel, with hours from 17:00 to 24:00 and last order at 23:00. The first order requires one drink and one food item, payment is cash only, and Shirosuzume beer will be served until sold out, alongside other drinks.

From Saturday, August 1 through Monday, August 3, Torikago will be closed because Shirosuzume will be at Midsummer Night's Dream 2026 in Motherport Takamatsu. The full event runs from August 1 to 9 around the Takamatsu Port Harbor Promenade, but Shirosuzume is participating for only three days. At the booth, visitors can pair the brewery's beer with sandwiches from Uchimi Sand, including an olive-pork Cuban sandwich and an olive-beef spicy yakiniku sandwich.

The shop also plans to close on Friday, August 21 for personal reasons. With a busy run of off-site appearances, checking the schedule before visiting is the sensible move.

The current Shirosuzume lineup at Torikago includes five beers:

- Seichobiyori: a light, easygoing beer with soft wheat-malt notes and a gentle citrus touch.
- Kaeri Awaji: bright citrus from naruto orange, layered with banana, apple, and clove-like yeast character.
- Senko: a dark beer with chocolate and coffee aromas, roasty but still crisp on the finish.
- Missing Panda: an unusual beer where pandan leaf character meets hop-driven guava, pineapple, and grapefruit.
- Akane: a fruit wheat ale made with Sanukihime strawberries, balancing bright berry aromatics with a fresh, lively finish.

It is a lineup that shows the range of the brewery clearly, from fruit-forward beers to a dark ale that stays approachable. For beer fans in Takamatsu, this is the kind of announcement worth bookmarking together with the calendar.
