The brewpub Torikago/Shirosuzume, located in Taga-cho, Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture, has announced its business schedule for the Golden Week holiday period and the beers currently on offer. Housed in a former dispensing pharmacy along the sightseeing street, the interior is run as a "Beer room" where guests can casually try up to five kinds of craft beer. In addition to its own brews, it also carries a wide selection of bottled and canned beers from Japan and overseas. Sapporo Draft Beer Black Label poured from a swing faucet is also available, making it an easy place for people who are not yet familiar with craft beer to step in.

In this post, the shop announced that it will be temporarily closed on Saturday, 5/2 and Sunday, 5/3 because it will be exhibiting at "Kyoto After-Bath Craft Beer Festival 2026." After that, it will be open on Monday, 5/4 (national holiday) from 16:00 to 20:30, on Tuesday, 5/5 (national holiday) from 13:00 to 20:30, and on Wednesday, 5/6 (national holiday) from 13:00 to 20:30. It will be closed on Thursday, 5/7, and is scheduled to return to its normal hours of 16:00 to 20:30 on Friday, 5/8.

On tap are "Suzume Lager," an easy-drinking beer with gentle malt sweetness and restrained bitterness; "Hanauta," layered with tea and floral notes; "Noroshi IPA," centered on grapefruit-like aroma and firm bitterness; "Kurage no Hone," marked by roasted, toasty character and a sharp finish; and "Settou," made with Aomori apples and finished with a soft acidity.

The lineup, which showcases the breadth of the brewery's own production while slotting in a distinctive IPA from an outside brewery, reflects the shop's stance of wanting people to understand how broad its range is. Anyone planning to have a drink in Takamatsu over the holiday, as well as anyone who spots the shop at the Kyoto event, should be able to enjoy a proper tasting comparison later at the Taga-cho location.
