Uchoten Brewing in Suwa City, Nagano Prefecture, has released introductions to the vendors for its taproom 2nd anniversary event. The venue is the Uchoten Brewing taproom, and the event will be held on April 18 from 11:00 to 20:00. As a way to celebrate the brewery's milestone, the event is designed so visitors can enjoy craft beer along with food and coffee.
The four groups introduced this time each bring distinctive food and drink offerings. First, `nearly coffee`, which roasts beans at a workshop in Toyooka Village, Minami-Shinshu, is a self-roasting coffee shop centered on decaf. The post says that on the day of the event, it will also serve spice-based soft drinks and coffee highballs.
`mikes` is a shop in Hara Village that makes baked goods and bread using recipes handed down from a Czech living in Japan's grandmother. It also has a background of supplying bread and cakes to the Czech Republic pavilion restaurant at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, making this a vendor with a clear food story.
As for liquor retailers, `Yohaku Sake Shop` from Fujimi Town appears. In addition to Japanese sake from across Japan, it handles craft beer from Japan and abroad, and also does counter drinking, exhibitions, and event vending. In addition, the kitchen truck `Chirukusu Delicatessen` says it will offer three kinds of spice curry, snacks that pair well with alcohol, and retort-pouch foods.
Uchoten Brewing is a brewery that has been building a beer-centered gathering place from its local Suwa taproom. At its 2nd anniversary event, the lineup will let visitors enjoy not only beer but also coffee, baked goods, liquor sales, and deli items, promising an event that should appeal to a broad range of drinkers.
