Hideji Beer to Host Autumn Mukabaki Beer Festa 2026 with Guest Beers from Across Japan
Hideji Beer in Nobeoka, Miyazaki, will host the Autumn Mukabaki Beer Festa 2026 on September 26 and 27. Around 30 beers, including Hideji’s own beers and guest beers from breweries across Japan, will be served at the brewery beneath Mount Mukabaki, alongside local food and barbecue.
Hideji Beer, based in Nobeoka, Miyazaki, will hold its annual Autumn Mukabaki Beer Festa at its Mukabaki Brewery on September 26 and 27, 2026. The event will run from 11:00 to 21:00 on the first day and from 11:00 to 19:00 on the second.
The festival’s main attraction is a beer lineup of approximately 30 selections, combining Hideji Beer’s own range with guest beers sourced from breweries around Japan. About 20 beers will be rotated throughout the event, meaning the available selection will change depending on the time of day. Alongside regular offerings, limited beers that are rarely available are also expected. Details of the guest breweries will be announced later.
All beers will be served at a special price of 600 yen per glass. Admission is free and no advance reservation is required. Cash and PayPay will be accepted at the venue, making it easy for visitors to sample a variety of styles and compare beers from different breweries.
Food will include local stalls and stage performances. Himuka Factory, which operates Hideji Beer’s related restaurants, will also offer a charcoal barbecue set for two at 4,000 yen. The set includes beef, pork, chicken thigh, sausages and vegetables. Advance reservations are recommended, although same-day reservations may be available depending on capacity.
