DONZO Brewing, a microbrewery in Kotohira, Kagawa, will host a special event on Friday, July 10 at 6:30 p.m. The guest chef is Salvatore, originally from Puglia in southern Italy. According to the announcement, he is the grand chef of the Italian restaurant 'Binario' in Osaka and has worked at luxury hotels in Milan and New York.

The event will be held at DONZO Brewing, a taproom and brewery set in Kotohira's Shinmachi shopping street. The brewery opened in 2023 and has been building a space where locals and visitors can enjoy craft beer in a town closely connected to the Konpira area. For this event, the venue will offer a special Italian course prepared just for the night, along with suggested pairings with DONZO's craft beers.

The food course is priced at 3,300 yen including tax, with drinks charged separately. The menu includes:

- Bagel bruschetta
- Rice croquettes
- Smoked chicken
- Ratatouille
- Chicken galantine
- Olives
- Homemade sausage arrabbiata

Reservations are accepted by Instagram DM or by phone, and booking will close once capacity is reached. For DONZO Brewing, the event adds an Italian dinner experience to its craft beer program and highlights the brewery's role as a local food-and-drink destination in Kotohira.
