Sankaku Beer Works shared new developments about its directly operated shop on Instagram. In the post, it said, "We are currently preparing for a Golden Week opening" as a directly operated store under `@sankakubeerworks`, and outlined the concept of combining the small Minamiyama-cho restaurant "HAY" with the standing-drink liquor store "Mittsukadoya" into one venue.

The planned location is a spot with a full view of Kyouken Park. The caption says a "second location" will open here, suggesting a concept that pairs SANKAKU BEER WORKS beer poured from taps fed directly from the brewery with dishes made using local ingredients. It will also function as a liquor store where customers can enjoy standing drinks. The goal is to create a place where dining and shopping can be enjoyed together.

Sankaku Beer Works is a craft beer brewery in Kagoshima Prefecture that makes beer using the spring water of Kawabe. On its official website, it says its production base is `TANOKAMI STATION`, a repurposed former school in Kawabe, and that it uses "Shimizu no Yuusui," one of Japan's Top 100 Famous Waters. Its standard lineup includes `Jadd-IPA`, `Yadd-Golden ALE`, `Moze-Sour`, and `Tiida-Hazy`, offering beers that range from aroma-forward to highly drinkable styles.

This new directly operated shop is likely to become a new place to experience those beers on site. The post image also shows the words "NEIGHBOR" and "4/8 OPEN 17:00 CLOSE 24:00," indicating that preparations for the opening are moving forward in concrete terms. Attention now turns to the next official opening announcement.
