New Tap

At vivo! BEER+DININGBAR, a beer pub at Ikebukuro East Exit, Oni Densetsu's "Kinkio Pale Ale ADHA-1631 Single ver." has been tapped. This beer uses ADHA-1631, a hop being used by Oni Densetsu for the first time, and the introduction describes it as featuring a sweet aroma reminiscent of berries and mango.

A Broad 20-Tap Lineup

The bar is a beer specialist with 20 draft beers on tap. This time, in addition to collaboration kegs such as vivo!×CYCAD BREWING's "42 (forty two)" and "16 (sixteen)," and "vivo!×Inkhorn Brewing Shima Fukuro," the lineup also includes TOKYO ALE WORKS' "Vital Drop IPA" and "Remouse Blended B.A.Imperial Stout~Special ver.," DevilCraft's "Patriot Crush," Vallejo Brewing's "Evil Trinity," Hop Kotan Brewing's "upopo - UPOPO," and Yatsugatake Beer Touchdown's "Rock Dry Hopped Weizen ver.3." The selection spans pale ale, IPA, pilsner, hefeweizen, cider, and stout, making it a lineup that invites side-by-side tasting.

A Place That Pairs Easily With Food

The food menu includes chicken breast ham, German potato salad, pickled oysters and okra in oil, spaghetti aglio e olio with clams and lemon, and pork shoulder and white bean stew in sherry. With everything from light appetizers to substantial plates, it pairs well both with pale ales like this one, whose citrus and tropical aromas stand out, and with bitter IPAs and dark beers. On Saturdays, it opens at 3:00 p.m. and closes at 10:00 p.m., making it a convenient spot when you want to enjoy draft beer early in the day. Note that the point card "Kanpai! Card" ended on 3/20.
