And Beer is a microbrewery founded in 2017 in Koenji, Tokyo. It now brews in Katsunuma, a famed wine-producing area, and serves its own beers at locations including its directly operated taproom in Tokyo. The event announced on Instagram this time is the "Shionoyama Beer Fest" to be held in Koshu City.

The event will take place on April 11 at cirque.enzan, a renovated commercial facility in front of Enzan Station. In the post, one can read the intent of a brewery rooted in the local community of Koshu City to create a place that connects local food and beer. Highlighted as one of the vendors is the cafe and diner "Fusari Terrace," located right in front of the north exit of Enzan Station. Known for dishes made with Koshu-grown vegetables and fruit, it plans to offer an assortment of snacks and soki stew this time.

And Beer also expressed gratitude in its comment for the fact that the shop carries the company's bottled beers, showing how an everyday connection has naturally led to participation in the event. Shionoyama Beer Fest requires no advance registration and is open in a casual format where visitors can stop by and enjoy a drink from just one glass. For craft beer drinkers, it looks set to be a day to savor Yamanashi's local character alongside local food.
