NEIGHBOR, a beer pub in Nogata, Nakano, Tokyo, has shared an eight-beer tap list. Located on the first floor of J-ARC Nogata, about a one-minute walk from Nogata Station, the venue combines a rotating craft beer selection with food in a relaxed neighborhood setting.

The list includes “Pyracantha,” a collaboration between NEIGHBOR and VERTERE. As a New Zealand Pale Ale, it offers a hop-forward opening pour. Kyoto Brewing’s “Tokimeki Netsu Shisen” is a Tropical IPA, while Minoh Beer’s “PLUM GOSE” brings plum-led acidity in a Plum Gose.

Nara Brewing’s “ENNUI” is a Brown Ale brewed with azuki beans and condensed milk, giving the beer an especially distinctive ingredient profile. And Beer’s “Black Swallow” is an Oatmeal Stout suited to drinkers looking for a darker, roasted finish.

The remaining taps include NUDE BEER’s “AMATSUKAZE,” a West Coast Lager made with Kitayama cedar; FLORA FERMENTATION’s “Witte Wieven,” a White IPA; and “Mexican Light Lager,” a collaboration between NEIGHBOR and Bighand Bros.Beer. From crisp lagers to aromatic IPAs, tart beer, and stout, the lineup offers plenty of room for a style-by-style tasting.

Food options include oysters with pear and mint sauce, beef tendon stew with harissa, and chicken vindaloo curry. Guests can enjoy the beers on their own or build pairings around the menu. Since the taps change regularly, checking NEIGHBOR’s latest announcement before visiting is recommended.
