The beer pub Anybrew in Nakamozu, Sakai City, Osaka, announced on Instagram that it has newly stocked bottle beers from Passific Brewing. The lineup this time features four beers from the Chigasaki brewery: `Passific IPA`, `Chako`, `Permit`, and `Equis`. The shop introduced the brewery as one with "many passionate fans thanks to its wide variety of high-quality beers."

Beers Now in Stock

- `Passific IPA` / American IPA
Characterized by a juicy, freshly squeezed citrus-like fruitiness created by the combination of hops and yeast, along with a pleasant bitterness.
- `Chako` / West Coast IPA
A beer with grapefruit-like citrus character and the firm bitterness typical of an IPA.
- `Permit` / Pale Ale
Finished with a blend of European and American hops, bringing out gentle citrus and floral aromas.
- `Equis` / Hoppy Belgian Ale
The fruity character of Belgian yeast and a dry finish are layered with the aroma and refreshing bitterness of European hops.

Although Anybrew is a craft beer spot, it also puts strong emphasis on sake, which is part of its appeal. In the post, it also introduced "Spring Sake of Harmony" as the monthly feature for April, showing that beyond the new bottle-shop arrivals, it is also making suggestions that include food pairings. The shop also offers draft craft beer sold by measure, and if you have a dedicated PET bottle, you can take it home without bringing anything else.

On the food side, it featured Thai-style shrimp spring rolls, `Popia Tod Kung`, as well as steamed chicken thigh and shiitake mushrooms with broth. The former is presented as a dish to pair with beer, while the latter is designed with sake in mind, naturally blending the character of a beer pub with that of a sake bar.

Its location, just a two-minute walk from Nakamozu Station, also makes it easy to use, whether you're stopping by for just one drink after work or picking out a bottle to take home. This time, the shop has lined up four bottles with a broad range, from IPA to pale ale and Belgian styles, making it a perfect selection for anyone who wants to compare the personalities of beers from the same brewery.
