HOP MAN is a beer pub within walking distance of the north exit of Chigasaki Station. On April 8, Y.MARKET BREWING’s 12 DA CAPO and Minoh Beer’s Session Black IPA were newly tapped. The shop introduces 12 DA CAPO as a Kölsch themed around “a beer you’ll want to keep refilling,” and Session Black IPA as a Black IPA that can be enjoyed lightly in early spring.
The bar offers 38 draft beers and three hand pumps, and that day’s ON TAP TODAY lineup was especially diverse. Alongside Sapporo the PERFECT Kuro Label, the selection included Passific Brewing Zwickle Pils, Brasserie Knot FLOWER and WIND, Mojiko Beer Weizen, Shiga Kogen Beer Baby Blonde Miyama, karuizawaQ Meguri to Akari no Shita, Y.MARKET BREWING PSYCHEDELICROCK KRIEK and MASTERPIECE EXCEED, Minoh Beer Blooming IPA and MUGICHA Bitter, Falo Brewing ICE and CHONK, and Nara Brewing UNDERWATER.
Located on the second floor in Chigasaki, it is very much a HOP MAN kind of place, where you can choose a glass without overthinking it. Centering on the two newly tapped casks, it is a day to enjoy a broad range of styles to suit your mood, from Pilsner and Kölsch to Black IPA, Kriek, and IPA.
