Nutori Brewing has delivered cans of its collaboration beer “Nuto Shiro-rie” to Yuyunoie in Asakusa. On social media, the brewery reported the delivery and thanked Yuyunoie for the ongoing collaboration.

Based in a 50-year-old apartment building in a residential area of Kawaguchi, Saitama, Nutori has been brewing since February 2021. The brewery operates a small taproom alongside production, serving house beers together with its signature food lineup. Its approach goes beyond beer alone: Nutori has also worked on local circulation projects, including biscuits made from spent grain and participation in community children’s cafeterias.

This collaboration beer has also appeared in other posts as a canned pre-release and a draft pour. One listing describes it as a Laurel-and-yuzu Belgian white, suggesting an aromatic, food-friendly profile rather than a heavy or flashy one.

With the cans now delivered to Asakusa, the collaboration moves beyond a one-off event and into a form that is easy to pour, share, and pair with food. It is a good example of how a small brewery in Kawaguchi can connect with a neighborhood drink spot in Tokyo through a beer built for everyday drinking.
