HOJO Brewing & Stays announced its April schedule in a March 12 post. The opening days are Saturday, April 4; Saturday, April 18; and Saturday, April 25, and the hours are 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (L.O. 4:30 p.m.) on all dates. In April, bottle service will be the main format, but glass service will also be available.

The post also listed the beers being served that day along with their prices. In addition to the staples IPA (800 yen/bottle), Saison (700 yen/bottle), and Bitter (700 yen/bottle), it introduced LAUREL Saison (700 yen/bottle), made with bay laurel, as well as the limited New Zealand Saison (700 yen/bottle). In particular, the New Zealand Saison was presented as a special version finished with a single hop of Nelson Sauvin, and it is said to be available exclusively online and in the shop.

The brewery also announced that any changes to hours or offerings will be shared in Stories, and that takeout-only orders are available as needed. Guests staying at the second-floor guesthouse also receive 10% off all beers.

HOJO Brewing & Stays is a "craft beer brewery and guesthouse" facing Monchichi Beach in Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture. It also sells through its official online shop, and it says that brewing, packaging, and shipping are handled almost entirely by one person. With spring service resuming, it looks like a good time to follow the seasonal lineup both on-site and online.
