The lineup includes Kirin Beer’s Braumeister, Twin Peaks Mountain’s Doctor’s Lemon Lager, and Ise Kadoya Beer’s Yorimichi Lager. These three lagers offer a light and approachable starting point.
Other taps include Island Brewery’s Strawberry Sour Ale and Pearl Stout, Minoh Beer’s Weiss IPA, Paint Palette Brewing’s Where the Wind Begins, Minami-Shinshu Beer’s Apple Hop Fuji ver., and Nara Brewing’s Locomotion. Together, they bring fruit acidity, gentle sweetness, hop character, and darker malt notes to the list.
The selection also features Compass, a collaboration between Minoh Beer and Yorocco; Shatterspike from Unsung; Arrogant Bastard Ale from Arrogant Consortia and Stone; and Karl Strauss’s 37th Anniversary Golden Ale.
