On April 26, Evolve Beer&Kitchen was open from 13:00 to 22:00, and the plan to drink through the "Minoh Pilsner" (bottle) that began the previous day ended early. As welcome news for craft beer fans, two new taps were added that day.

The newly added beers were U.B.P BREWERY's "URAWA CITY ALE Nitro ver." and West Coast Brewing's "No Ketchup". The former was served in a nitro format, while the latter was added to the lineup as a Hazy Double IPA. Other beers on the taps included VERTERE's "Bellevalia - Bellvaria -", TOUCHDOWN x Taihu Brewing's "Tora Hachibiru", Repubrew x Heisei 3 Nen Kai's "AGE AGE SAME AGE", NOMCRAFT BREWING's "Banana Kick", Minoh Beer's "Honey Saison" and "Blooming IPA", Ushitora Brewery's "Ikeoji Pale Ale", Brasserie Knot's "WIND", and SAPPORO's "Kuro Label", giving the bar a broad lineup ranging from pilsner, lager, and dark lager to weizen, saison, pale ale, and IPA.

The food menu is built for drinking and eating well at the same time, with dishes like mala keema and crispy green peppers, house-roasted beef, seared beef tofu, jingisukan spring rolls, deep-fried taro with dashi, avocado and prosciutto cream cheese tempura, and Minato-ken chicken salt ramen. As a beer pub at the foot of Tokyo Skytree in Mukojima, Sumida Ward, it offers the pleasure of stopping by from midday and working through the tap list.

Including the hours, it is an easy place to use from Sunday daytime drinking through an evening pint. Centered on new craft beer taps, it is a place to enjoy beer together with the food.
