The newly connected "Osprey" is a Triple IPA designed around the malt character of pale malt, with hop-driven notes that evoke citrus, berry, and melon. At 10.5% ABV, it offers both a substantial drinking experience and vivid aroma, making it a strong fit for IPA fans who want both power and fragrance.
The shop describes itself as a beer specialty bar with "20 draft beers," and one of its strengths is that the lineup changes at a pace close to daily.
