GOOD CONDITION STAND, a beer pub in Shin-Ohashi, Koto Ward, Tokyo, has updated its tap list for Thursday, April 16 and Friday, April 17.

Leading the draft lineup is Noroshi Brewing's "Yuzu Saison [Yuzu Beer]." Introduced as a saison made with yuzu from a local farm in Nagareyama, it is said to feature a soft wheat-derived mouthfeel, the citrus aroma of yuzu, gentle acidity, and a dry finish. Following that are TOKYO ALEWORKS' "DH Sour Sorbet Mango [Fruit Sour]," Gahaha Beer’s "For Now, Cream! [Cream Ale]," RIKRI BREWING's "Pepperoni Quattro [West Coast Pilsner]" and "Big Hoppa [Double IPA]," and Orion Beer Co.'s "Orion Draft Beer in Keg [Pilsner]," creating a lineup that lets guests enjoy a wide range of styles all at once.

Also available in reserve is TAROS BREWING's "TOPOLOGY #10 [DDH Hazy IPA]." In addition, canned beers from FETISH CLUB are being introduced for the first time, making for a lineup that can be enjoyed not only for flavor, but also for label design and individual character.

Inside the shop, there is not only beer but also cup sake from all over Japan. The food menu includes century egg tofu, gourmet garlic butter toast, fried chicken cartilage, and shrimp and avocado tossed with yuzu-kosho ponzu, offering easy-to-grab dishes. Business hours are Tuesday through Saturday, opening at 17:00 and closing at 23:30. Sundays and Mondays are closed, making it an easy place to enjoy anything from a first drink to a full tasting comparison, depending on your mood.
