A brewery that consolidated its brewing operations in Katsunuma, Yamanashi
And Beer was founded in Koenji, Tokyo in 2017, and later established a brewing base in Katsunuma Town, Koshu City, Yamanashi Prefecture in 2021. It now concentrates its brewing operations at its new factory in Osate, Katsunuma Town, where it focuses on making beer that makes use of seasonal fruits from Yamanashi.
Another hallmark of the brewery is its efforts to connect its taproom in central Tokyo with its brewery in Yamanashi. At events like this, it should be a chance to casually enjoy beers shaped by that background in the streets of Chofu.
