Sakamichi Brewing in Tachikawa shared four canned beers from NOMCRAFT BREWING on Instagram. The lineup spans a wide range of styles, from the American Pale Ale `Tengu Groove` to Brown Ale, American IPA, and Hazy IPA.
Sakamichi Brewing, which operates a brewery and taproom in Shibasaki-cho, Tachikawa City, introduced NOMCRAFT BREWING's new cans on Instagram. The post featured four labels - `Tengu Groove`, `Beer Fuel`, `Buffalo Bandit`, and `Mystic Tiger` - with short comments highlighting each beer's character.
`Tengu Groove` is an American Pale Ale. In the post, it is described as a refreshing beer to enjoy at the end of a hard day. `Beer Fuel` is a Peated English Brown, a new release brewed together with South Horizon and Nama Chaん. It is said to carry a firm peat smoke while remaining gentle on the palate, with a subtle dry tannic note from the oak in the finish.
`Buffalo Bandit` is an American IPA. It is presented as a beer that puts grapefruit notes and a solid bitterness front and center. Chinook was used on both the hot side and the cold side to aim for a geranium-like aroma. Simcoe and Mosaic were then layered in to add pine nuances, creating an IPA that combines classic and modern elements. `Mystic Tiger` is a Hazy IPA characterized by the freshness of mango lemonade and the sweet, smooth flavor of a fruit salad. It is styled with moderate sweetness and easy drinkability in mind.
Sakamichi Brewing is a brewery that emphasizes not only the final result but also the brewing process, and it promotes environmentally conscious craftsmanship in western Tokyo. Its commitment to using local organic ingredients as much as possible while offering a broad range of beer styles from classic to modern is clearly reflected in this can lineup. It is a noteworthy selection of distinctive beers available in Tachikawa.
